Sai Sakal Shikshan Prasarak Mandal

The Institute of Science was established in 1956 to propagate scientific attitude amongst the younger generation of our society by Shri. Neelkanth Chintaman Joshi (M.Sc., M.A.) is a well known educationist, who has spent his entire career in the field of education. He is closely associated with the Pune University for last more than four decades as Dean of the Science faculty, member of senate, and member of academic council for a long time. He has been sharing his knowledge and administrative skills by giving consultation in the field of education to number of institutes and NGOs have benefited from his guidance.

Higher education plays a vital role in the development of any nation. Therefore there is a premium on both quantity and quality of higher education. Like in any other domain the method to improve quality remains the same.
