Research is the important part for the academic development of Faculties and the students of the college. The college has established a cell known as Research and development cell (RDC). This committee always look after the various research activities and publication /presentation of research paper. Under RDC our college is conducting FDP (Faculty Development program). In this faculties are presenting research papers as well as recent trends topic in their respective subjects. Though our college is not yet recognized as the research centre of the Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Our college has a conference committee which looks after the organization of seminars and workshops for the students as well as to the faculty. We have our Bi-annual research journal called INNOVATION with ISSN No-2394-1774.We are publishing this journal from June 2015 .Our research journal has separate subject expert committee and Advisory committee which looks after the plagiarism of papers .The selected papers are published in the research papers . We also promotes the other institution faculties to publish the paper in our research journal INNOVATION. Our teachers are encouraging the students to take up research project and involve students too.

The objective of the journal is to provide a platform to faculty, research scholars and practitioners of management discipline globally to highlight new knowledge, innovation, technology usage and latest tools of research in the areas of management science. Its focus is on applied research and to bridge the gap between management theories and practice. The journal aims to follow international benchmarks in papers selection, refereeing, editing, proofing and production as per the latest methodology and standards. Its International Advisory Board provides policy guidelines for publications in the Journal.
